EV Take Action
Email the following people immmediately and let them know we need more Elecrtic Vehicles now!
Please write using your own words and ideas. That will be most effective. Include your full name, home address and zip code.
Your address and name are critical so the board can determine if you are a California resident and verify the authenticity
of the email if needed.
- Ask California Air Resources Board to MANDATE (Require) Battery Electric Vehicle Production.
If they aren't mandated, manufacturers are unlikely to make them.
We need more electric vehicles owned and driven by consumers now. These early Electric Vehicle consumers
serve as an example to others that Electric Vehicles are available, reliable and for many
in city or near city pirposes are more convenient and reliable than conventional gasoline or hybrid vehicles.
This early exposure and public education by fellow consumers using these vehicles daily is CRITICAL to develop
the market of future consumers to purchase Electric Vehicles in greater numbers in the future. Many people are
still unaware that Electric Vehicles work and have been available from the major auto manufacturers for purchase.
- Electric Vehicles and fuel cell vehicles complement each other. We need to develop both technologies to help
solve our future transportation needs and pollution issues.
